Welcome to Recruit Me, a platform operated by QuickfirmX for Human Resources Solutions (“QuickfirmX”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you (“User”, “Employer”, or “Recruiting Agency”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • Platform: The Recruit Me online platform, including all website, software, tools, and services offered by QuickfirmX.
  • Employer: A registered company or individual authorized to post hiring requests and manage recruitment through the Platform.
  • Recruiting Agency: A registered company authorized to respond to hiring requests, submit candidate profiles, and interact with Employers via the Platform.
  • Candidate: An individual whose profile (CV, resume, or other personal information) is submitted to Employers through the Platform.
  • Commission: The fee charged by Recruit Me, as a percentage of the hiring payment, for facilitating platform services.
  • Escrow: A secure mechanism to hold funds within the Platform until conditions of a Successful Hire are met.
  • PO Invoice: Purchase Order-based payment method facilitated via QuickfirmX.
  • Wallet: An account-based balance maintained on the Platform for payments to Agencies.
  • Successful Hire: A Candidate who has been formally hired by an Employer in accordance with the Employer’s terms and whose hiring process is deemed complete as per the Platform’s definition (e.g., acceptance of offer and commencement of employment).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Continued access or use constitutes ongoing acceptance of all updates or modifications to the Terms.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • The Platform is strictly available for Employers and Recruiting Agencies.
  • Individuals or Candidates are not permitted to register as Users.
  • Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Platform Services & Account Types

Recruit Me provides various services for Employers and Recruiting Agencies, which may include:

  • Employer Accounts: Post hiring requests, manage candidate submissions, and interact with Agencies.
  • Recruiting Agency Accounts: Respond to hiring requests, submit Candidate profiles, and manage communications with Employers.
  • Access to tools such as Bidding System, Public System, Invite-Only System, Video Interviews, Interview Questions, and Pre-Assessment Tools.

QuickfirmX may introduce, modify, or discontinue services or access levels at its discretion. Some features may be free, while others may require payment or subscription. All fees and billing terms will be clearly communicated prior to purchase.

5. Payments & Fees

  • All payments are processed via a third-party provider or the Platform’s Wallet system.
  • Fees include 20% commission from Agencies and 5% from Employers, applied to the payment for a Candidate.
  • Employers are responsible for transferring payments to Agencies in accordance with their chosen payment method:
  • PO Invoice: Employer must pay the Agency within 3 months of a Successful Hire. QuickfirmX is not liable for delayed payments, but reserves the right to take legal action if required.
  • Instant Payment / Escrow: Funds are held securely and released to the Agency upon Successful Hire, typically within 10 business days via bank transfer.
  • QuickfirmX is not liable for failed, delayed, or incorrect payments due to User error.
  • All fees are non-refundable, except in cases of verified fraud.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Use the Platform lawfully and ethically.
  • Not misuse, share, or distribute Candidate data outside of the Platform.
  • Avoid spamming, manipulating, or bypassing the Platform’s systems.
  • Ensure that all communications and agreements with Candidates and Agencies comply with applicable laws.

7. Data & Confidentiality

  • Candidate and Employer data is strictly for professional recruitment purposes.
  • Users may not copy, resell, or use Platform data for unauthorized purposes.
  • Recruit Me implements standard measures to protect data but is not liable for unauthorized access by third parties beyond its control.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All Platform content, including logos, software, trademarks, and materials, is the property of QuickfirmX.
  • Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written consent.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

  • QuickfirmX may suspend, delete, or restrict any account violating these Terms, at its sole discretion.
  • No compensation or refund is owed in cases of account suspension or termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Recruit Me acts solely as a platform intermediary.
  • QuickfirmX is not responsible for:
  • Hiring outcomes
  • Payment disputes between Users
  • Misuse of the Platform by Users
  • Maximum liability is limited to direct fees paid to the Platform.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickfirmX from claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Violation of laws or these Terms
  • Misuse of the Platform
  • Breach of agreements with Candidates or other Users

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Egypt.
  • Recruit Me is not a party to disputes between Employers and Agencies, but Users should attempt to resolve conflicts amicably.

13. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Fees paid for Platform services are non-refundable, except in cases of verified fraud.
  • QuickfirmX reserves the right to review and approve any refund requests.

14. Wallet Terms

  • Wallet balances do not accrue interest and cannot be transferred to third parties.
  • QuickfirmX may freeze Wallet balances in case of suspicious activity.
  • Wallet funds are not a bank account and are subject to Platform terms.

15. Service Availability & Downtime

  • The Platform is provided “as is” without guarantee of uninterrupted service.
  • Maintenance, downtime, or technical interruptions may occur.

16. Force Majeure

QuickfirmX is not liable for service interruptions caused by:

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or emergencies
  • Government actions or regulations
  • External technical failures beyond QuickfirmX control

17. Updates & Feature Changes

QuickfirmX may add, modify, or remove Platform features or services at its discretion, without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

18. No Employment Relationship

Use of the Platform does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between QuickfirmX, Users, or Candidates. QuickfirmX is strictly a technical facilitator.

19. Official Communications

All official communications, notifications, or notices from QuickfirmX via email or Platform notifications are legally binding.

20. Compliance & Anti-Fraud

  • Users must not create fake accounts or manipulate the Platform.
  • CV harvesting, bypassing system rules, or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or loss of commissions.

21. Changes to Terms

QuickfirmX reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
